DevOps Ambassador
Born in 1984, I've been in the IT world since 2010. I started in Italy with Halley Informatica and later moved to Switzerland with Dormakaba.
This website exists for a simple reason: to share what I’ve learned.
There’s still a lot of confusion around what DevOps and Scrum really mean — not just the tools, but the mindset behind them.
Too often, these concepts are misunderstood or oversimplified, and I hope this space can offer some clarity and real-world context.
Here is where you can find the initial information:
I've always been driven by an insatiable desire to find new ways to optimize the work of the teams I work with.
Outside of tech, I’m a big fan of traveling, storytelling through videomaking, strategy board games, and outdoor sports. I’m always looking for new perspectives — both professionally and personally.
Agile & DevOps
Over the years, I’ve worked with SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, ITIL 4, and Value Stream Management. I’ve seen how these frameworks — when applied with care — can really help teams grow stronger, deliver faster, and enjoy their work more. I’ve had the chance to guide teams through these transitions, and every experience has taught me something new.
Linux
I started out in the world of CentOS and RedHat more than 12 years ago. Shell scripting and server automation became my first real tools for solving problems — and I still find satisfaction in the simplicity and power of the Linux command line.
Cloud (AWS)
I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make cloud environments secure, cost-effective, and reliable. It’s not just about technology — it’s about building systems that support people and businesses, even under pressure.
CI/CD (Jenkins)
Automating feedback loops and deployments with Jenkins has helped teams I’ve worked with move faster without sacrificing stability. I try to make pipelines feel less like barriers and more like tools that support creativity and flow.
Terraform & IaC
With Infrastructure as Code, I've learned how to bring consistency to complex systems. Terraform has been a big part of that journey — helping me translate ideas into architecture and repeatable patterns.
Containers (Docker)
From monoliths to microservices, containerization helped me rethink what’s possible. I’ve used Docker to help teams experiment more freely and scale more efficiently, all while keeping things manageable.
